“We Care” Sign Application Procedures
Please follow the steps below to order / receive “We Care” no trespassing signs
- The affidavit needs to be signed by the landlord or tenant of the property where the sign will be posted and the applicants’ signature must be notarized.
- The notarized affidavit must be sent or presented to the local Metro Dade and/or City of Miami Police Station in the district where the signs will be posted.
- Note: Police officers are usually Notary’s of the Public – if you take your affidavit to the Police Station, they can notarize it for you at that time. (Do not sign the document unless you are in the presence of the Notary.)
- The application needs to be properly and completely filled out.
- Your check should be made payable to North Dade Regional Chamber of Commerce for the full amount. (Sales tax is included in the price.)
- A contact name is needed: The address of the property (where the sign(s) will be posted) needs to be on the application as well as the affidavit. There must be a phone number to notify you when the sign are ready for pick up or mailing.
The aluminum signs come from a sign shop in Hialeah, FL. TheChamber™ will contact them when all your paper work is completed. Then contact will be made to whoever is the contact name on your application. TheChamber will then give the proper information to obtain the signs ordered. The signs will need to be picked up or delivery arranged from the sign shop in Hialeah.
